We do not process returns or refunds. Merchandise sales are final for new products in mystery boxes.
Can I customize the items in my box?
No, the boxes are surprises, so the only thing you can choose is the category.
Do you ship internationally?
No, for now we do not ship outside the USA, we are working on this to serve more international customers.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We have strict curation so this doesn't happen, but if it does occur, please contact us through our email for next steps.
